One of the things I like about the YouTube experience is that it remembers where I left off if I don’t finish a video in one session. When I’m ready to continue watching it’s really easy. I’ve often wondered why Spotify doesn’t have this feature. So many times I’ll start listening to a playlist and have to stop before it finishes; getting out of the car, receiving a call or needing to do something. It would be great to jump straight back into the same playlist, at the same track, and even the same point in the song.
