We’ve exchanged contracts on our house and we’re now just waiting for a confirmed completion date. Still lots to do but I think we’ll be in there by the end of October. Looking forward to this new chapter as empty nesters.

Re thinking my podcasts on Overcast. Over the last couple of years I’ve been automatically adding new episodes from podcasts I follow to a folder. However since I’m not listening to podcasts as much, they are backing up so I need a new approach.
