It’s been almost two years since I shared my frustration about Evernote’s price increase. At the time, I decided to start migrating my notes to other apps, but unfortunately the import options proved unreliable.
It’s probably no coincidence that just as Evernote hiked my subscription price from £8.99 to £14.99, Craft released a dedicated Evernote import tool.
Craft was always going to be the destination for some of my notes, since it’s included in my Setapp subscription. However, the previous workaround of importing via Bear never proved very reliable for me. I’ve now tested Craft’s new import tool and it works well.
So, after 18 years, I’ll finally be closing the chapter on Evernote. I’ll be cancelling my subscription as soon as I can move my notes across to Craft.
